Top Grilling Ideas We're Trying in 2022

 As a Big Green Egg owner, there's always another new cut of meat, or new smoking technique to look forward to. As many of you know, you can even make pizzas, or even bake on your BGE! I wanted to share a few ideas and recipes that we're looking forward to trying this Spring season.  Brisket - this has been on our list for the longest time. Our biggest hesitancy has been the time commitment and the cost of brisket. A brisket can run you $80 - $100. and it's also a big cut of meat around 8-15 pounds. I'm sure you can find it for more or less depending on the cut of meat. Our concern was splurging on this cut of meat - and cooking for a big group of people and having it come out poorly. We'll it's time to bite the bullet. We'll be doing a dry run over the next couple of weeks for our friends and family. We'll have the local pizza place on speed dial in case it goes south!
